Terms of Sale
TYK Group SRL / 1VPS.cc Terms of Sale: Belgian identity, Mollie, cloud delivery, withdrawal and refunds.
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern cloud / VPS and related services sold by TYK Group SRL under the 1VPS.cc brand. They complement the Terms of Use.
Article 2 — Seller identity
Seller: TYK Group SRL, Avenue Rogier 182, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium — VAT BE 0775.344.853 — support{'@'}1vps.cc — +32 489 86 88 20. Public BCE/KBO record.
Article 3 — Orders and contract formation
Orders are placed via the website or client area. The contract is formed after payment validation. TYK Group SRL may refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse or inaccurate information.
Article 4 — Service delivery
Cloud services are usually activated automatically after payment (typical delay ~1 minute). Anti-fraud checks or special configuration may extend this up to 30 minutes.
Article 5 — Pricing and billing
Prices are shown in euros. Cloud billing is mainly RAM-based. Applicable VAT depends on Customer status and Belgian/EU rules.
Article 6 — Customer obligations
The Customer must provide accurate information, secure services, respect fair use and applicable laws, and must not host unlawful content.
Article 7 — TYK Group SRL obligations
TYK Group SRL provides ordered resources with professional care, ticket/email support, and a public status page. Availability objectives are on /sla.
Article 8 — Data protection
Processing follows the GDPR and Privacy Policy. Controller: TYK Group SRL for account/billing data.
Article 9 — Amendments
TYK Group SRL may amend these Terms of Sale. New terms apply to later orders and renewals.
Article 10 — Payment methods
Payments via secure providers including Mollie (cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, etc.), PayPal, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies when available. Methods on /moyens-paiement prevail. 1VPS.cc does not store full card numbers.
Article 11 — Withdrawal and refunds
For EU/EEA consumers, the 14-day withdrawal right may apply under Belgian and EU law. The Refund Policy (/politique-remboursements) details the 14-day commercial guarantee on eligible cloud plans.
