Article 1: Preamble

This privacy policy aims to inform users of the 1vps.cc website about how their personal data is collected and processed.

This policy supplements our Legal Notice, Terms of Sale and Terms of Use available on 1vps.cc.

Data collected on 1vps.cc includes: identity and contact details, connection information (IP, browser, pages viewed), order history and service preferences.

Purposes: customer account management, orders, billing, technical support, security and service improvement.

Retention periods: customer data for contractual relationship + 3 years; billing data 10 years; analytics cookies up to 13 months maximum.

Article 4: Site hosting

The 1vps.cc website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. The technical host only provides hosting and is not responsible for editorial content or data processed in the context of 1VPS services.

Article 5: Transmission to third parties

Typical processors/recipients: Mollie (payments), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Crisp (support chat when enabled), Better Stack (status), AS219084 (transit / anti-DDoS), and analytics only after cookie consent.

Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. All our subcontractors are subject to GDPR-compliant confidentiality obligations.

1vps.cc uses strictly necessary cookies, performance cookies (analytics) and preference cookies (language).
