1. Our commitment

Choosing a hosting provider is an important decision. That is why we offer a refund guarantee on selected plans to reduce perceived risk and let you evaluate our services in real conditions.

This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the Terms prevail for matters not covered here or subject to mandatory legal rules.

2. Cloud / VPS guarantee — 14 days

Eligible cloud / VPS plans include a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the first payment.

3. Dedicated servers — 2 days

Dedicated servers include a 2-calendar-day refund guarantee from the transaction date, subject to eligibility of the selected model.

Depending on the dedicated server chosen, the guarantee may not apply: the product page or quote states whether the plan is refundable.

4. Web hosting — 14 days

Web hosting plans include a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the first payment, subject to eligibility conditions.

5. Domain names — non-refundable

Domain names are not refundable once the order is confirmed and the domain is registered or transferred.

6. BGP sessions — 14 days

BGP sessions include a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the first payment.

Any installation or setup fees charged at order time are not refundable, even if the session is cancelled within the guarantee period.

Submit your request via the client area or by email to support{'@'}1vps.cc with the order number, affected service and reason for your request.

Our team acknowledges receipt and checks eligibility within approximately 2 business days.

9. Refund method and timing

Refunds are processed, where possible, via the same payment method used for the original order (card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider (Mollie). 1VPS.cc does not charge refund fees when the request is accepted.

10. Exclusions

1VPS.cc reserves the right to refuse any request notably when the deadline is exceeded, use was abusive or illegal, fraud is suspected, repeated requests aim to circumvent the guarantee, or promotional credits and non-refundable balances apply.
